i have purchased the DP-02CF to record on and then put into reaper...
MAJOR PROBLEM.... the instruc.. for the dp02cf are very unclear as to actually making the record track arm and record... can someone help please???
ALSO.. i am using headphones to hear better for the dry siganl
i have made sure on the dp-02 that ..

guitar is plugged into the guitar 1/4" and selected guitar INSTEAD of line/mic.. INCLUDING using phantom power for stronger DRY signal...

PRESS assign and press A on to initiate A input..

PRESS record button on channel 1 to arm channel to be recorded on...

make sure all volumes are at decent record levels...

press play and record at same time to initiate recording of track 1...
when i do all of this i am getting INPUT signal and stereo signal OUTPUT to the headphones.... BUT there is no signal on track 1 meter to show that i am ready to record BEFORE presing record / play to start recording... when i go ahead and start trying to record; SAME THING no sound shows on the track 1 meter
does anyone know what i am doing wrong???
