Okay, this one problably isn't too weird, as I've seen the baritone Jag mentioned a few times around the forums. At first, I wondered "what's a Bottom Master," until I clicked into the item description and saw the stop bar tail piece. But not too far down from the baritone is a Jag with P90s. I've seen the same done with a Gibson SG Faded Special that played and sounded every bit as good as an SG Classic, but as with the SG FS...darnit, no available green at the moment. Moving down the page a bit is an example of something similar I've seen in listings for Hammond A1xx/C3/RT3 and even M3 (spinet) organs, where the seller cites "like a B3," where B3 will get hits for somebody searching for Hammond B3. In this case, it's the Jaguar in Jaguar style that is the lure.
And I can't really bore y'all with a complete blow-by-blow of 5 pages worth of "weird Jaguars" 'case as it turns out, they were all on the first page. I do wish I had the money available for that P90 modified Jag, but that would kinda defeat my reasoning behind my partscaster Tele project, with TV Jones P90s and Wilkinson Strat trem. For those of you that get a chuckle about my G.A.S., just remember that I don't suffer from G.A.S., I enjoy every moment of it.
Matt
