So....
Our bass player, Nicky, was invited to a private party last night for a casual jam session with Nokie Edwards. Also on hand was George Tierney (SP?) of Lay Down Sally fame.
I'll post pics when I get them. Someone also recorded the evening... I'll post that as well, if the file comes my way.
How cool was that?

O'tay... here are a few pics, but not from the casual jam party on Thursday night. This was from last night (Friday) at a diinner function and the host for the evening invited Nicky up on stage to play a few songs. They did PIPELINE as the only surf song, YESTERDAY by the Beatles and a few others. Nicky said Nokie would just call out a song and the key he wanted to play and all the musicians would follow. One correction from my initial post, George Terry (of Lay Down Sally fame) was the other main guitarist. I'm told they'll be video up on You Tube next week from this session. Here are the pics... enjoy!
