The Beat Tornados are absolutely amazing. I think their "Scandanavian Interlude" is an instrumental masterpiece! I've just recently received Mission to Mir and it is also phenomenal. I also noticed their myspace page about a month ago and sent them a messsage. They sent back a really nice message as well. Very nice guys. —Ryan |

Thanks for the link to The Mobsmen The norwegian surfbands I know of are: Not that many, but then you have the hundreds of bands that played Shadows-style in the 60's. A couple of great compilations out there. Pole Position is available here: www.cdon.com (click on "EU" for english). Don't know if the ship to the US, though. |
