Posted on Jul 15 2008 12:00 PM Sadly I missed the Purple Orchid show to go see the Trashwomen, and I got a endless amount of crap about it from the guys all day Sun. at the Surf Museum. but I heard from a few people that the Purple Orchid show was really good, and the crowd was really diggin it. the Sun. show off the hook, they were running all over the parking lot, Paul was up on top of some chairs, they were really rippin and drippin, and tearing the place up. I wish more bands had that kind of energy and stage/parking lot presence. Def. the highlight of the day. — Jeff(bigtikidude) Top

Just wanted to say thanks to Outerwave, you guys are awesome. It's been a while since I've seen a really good trad-surf band. Not to mention, best live version of diamond head I have ever heard.
