Superwave.....Friday May 2
The Flying Bridge in Oceanside, CA
1105 North Coast Highway Oceanside, CA 92054
7:00pm - 11:00pm
Fine dining and tropical drink specials.

Let's get ready to Rumble...It's Link Wray's birthday.

I'm there.

isn't this supposed to be a try out of some sort of once a month tiki night?

For those who have not been there, or seen it,
The Flying Bridge is a very cool 60's googie style restaurant. that hangs over the edge of the river valley cliff. so it looks like its ready to take off and fly.

Hey Jeff...Two things.
1. Yes, we are hoping to have a good showing on friday and the Flying Bridge says we can schedule more tiki/surf nights through the summer.
2. I did not know the term "googie". So, I Googled googie. It's a style of architecture...I definitely know the look when I see it, I just didn't know the term. Barney's Bowl-a-rama on The Simpson's is a sample of googie architecture.
Thanks, Ben

Ben,
Not sure if I can get to the show, but have a great one!!
