Nice looking place! Way back in the mid 90s, I used to live in a warehouse in Oakland on 23rd Ave. That part of Alameda was my stomping ground. I wonder if Ole's is still there?

Ole's is still there. But Jim's reigns supreme! I lived in a warehouse there myself in the mid-90's. On Glascock street across from the 7-11. My bassist still lives there.

Interesting. Was it the Linen Exhange, by any chance? (I must admit that things have really changed there over the years, so I may just be poking in the dark.)

BTW, my place was the 23rd Ave Studios., though now it is called 1080 lofts or something. Loft living is mighty strange sometimes... but I kinda miss it. Using a chop saw in the middle of the night right in the living room, that sort of thing.

And, of course, congratulations on the show. Apparently it was great! Cheers!
