Hope this hasn't been posted before....
If yes, Brian delete my post.

Every word is like an unecessary stain on silence and nothingness.

Back in 2002, I think... El Ray had the honour to do the warm up show for Nookie Edwards in Copenhagen. I'm quite sure he played the NE Hitchhiker Natural at that gig. Talk about some amazng finger-picking.

Cool. Now everyone knows his home address in Puyallup, WA. I thought he lived in OR now. Question

That's pretty cool. I got a chance to check out the Hitchhiker at NAMM in January.

Anyone know what kind of pickups those are in the Natural guitar ? They look interesting.

Fripperton, Hitchhiker nice, BUT. what the Devil's name is that in the BACKGROUND on your right? It looks like (Ventures Model?) Acoustic Cutaway?!?!?!?? I KNOW MOSRITE NEVER made an Acoustic Cutaway other than the Celebrity's, Combo's, and the California D-100 Dobro's, but those are Electric Acoustics. What is parked on the floor??? Confused

That's a Wilson Bros. acoustic cutaway. They use a headstock that's deceptively similar to the Mosrites .hey have several acoustic models in the line.

I've joked with them that when you hear "The Ventures" the first thing you think of is a Pink cutaway acoustic guitar. But for some reason they sell surprisingly well.

Fripperton, big thanx for clarifying that. It was hard to tell in the pic, especially with the Black Headstock. Yeah, I know, you were in front of the Wilson Display, but then again, hey, what the heck, you were holding a Hitchhiker guitar in front of their display too!! LOL! Wink

And that's a Fender Jazzmaster Ventures model sticking up over my shoulder.
