As for me, Santa brought me a 1965 Petersen's Surfing Yearbook No.2 that was previously owned by Richard Delvy of the Challengers! :D)

Hey, did ya know Alec Palao was nominated for an Emmy for this compilation - in the "historical" category. Practically unheard of for rock and roll! Cool

Yes, we are all very proud of Alec. Proof that if you follow your passion, you can do amazing things.

Sad admission: I bought my first original Nintendo in 1998.

the good part of that is I got two controllers, the zapper, and about 30 games all for $25.

The one I bought when I was 8 bit the dust around 2000 or so. I got one for free (plus about 40 games) when I helped a friend move, and she decided it would take up too much space in her new - and smaller - pad.

All hail the almighty NES!

Yes the NES is boss! There's a part one can buy to fix the "blink blank screen blink blank screen blink blank screen" issues when trying to start up a game. its called a 72 pin connector, and anyone can replace it, you don't even need to solder anything. All my games work on first try now.
