don't know if anyone's interested. price is a bit steep (IMO) corky was out surfing with us in mex. last week. he doesn't stay out very long, a few waves and he's gone.

Corky is a character and completely full of...stories and stuff. He was the reigning world surf champ when I started surfing. That book is being sold on E'bay by The Longboard Grotto here in Encinitas. They are about a block from my house. It's a cool shop. Good prices on a lot of things...and then insane prices on some stuff. I bought my 9'-4" Phil Edwards model Hobie from them years ago. I still have it, best board ever! |

yes, corky is quite the character. kind to everyone in the water and still surfs really well. i've also heard he's a good musician. yes, i had a great time surfing in mexico. we put 5 to 7 hours of straight surfing in for nine days. i'm a bit worn out. — |
