The Kilaueas are coming over from Germany for a West Coast tour in September. The Kilaueas/Double Crown Records are looking for bands that would be willing to set up & play shows with them during late August and September. They will be in the US from August 27th - September 18th. They will be starting in So. Cal and working their way up the west coast, ending with shows in Seattle and Bellingham on September 15th and 16th. They will have their guitars, but will need to borrow amps/drums/reverb for their set. Ideally it'd be great to pair them up with at least one other surf band that would be willing to let them use some of their gear for their set, then perhaps a third band.

Hey Sean, if you could, e-mail cirecc@yahoo.com about setting up a show in the area for them. The e-maill address is for Eric, who books our shows. It would be a little harder for us to book a show in Bellingham, but we'd love to play with them up there. Also Seattle is a possibility to set up a show, granted there are other surf bands from Seattle. I am just assume the other locals bands from here wouldn't be as willing to drive up to Bellingham.

Thank you very much for the replies to my initial e-mail - I have sent responses to those of you who have posted. Jake - I have the big show in Bellingham on September 16th already set up. It's really September 15th in Seattle and September 14th in Portland that I really need help with. I e-mailed Eric like you suggested and we'll see what comes of that. If the Verb would like to play with them in Seattle or Portland lemme know.
It looks like the OR and WA dates are shaping up nicely, and as Ferenc mentioned, they're set to play SF at the Hotel Utah with Pollo Del Mar on September 10th. However, I need help with other Bay Area shows on the 8th and 9th, and So. Cal shows for the holiday weekend before that.
