I thought we'd get a list going so we can see who's coming from out of state and help plan some shows.
Post if your in a band coming out or if you know of one.

Raising our hands high!
We would like to play LV,again, then come to San Diego, LA, Huntington, etc. and work our way up to SF
Too, if any bands would like to come to Reno 2008, let us know, we are working on some great gigs

If anybody wants to come to so cal, contact me asap, as I am in close contact with Linda, and she has to book the schedulle for the summer at the surfing museum in Jan.
and I can also put you in contact with bands in San Diego or LA or OC for other shows. that pay.

We are not positive yet. The plan right now is to record our album for 5 days and then take off for the remainder of the two week period we would have off. We wouldn't play more than two California shows, San Fran and LA. All of this would happen in June.

Jake, I say if you can wait till later in June that would be better.
as there might all ready possibly be 3 or more bands fomr outta stae in the early part of June.

I should be mid to late june. Even if it is when other bands are down I'm not too worried. We plan on hooking up with some non-surf bands that are a great draw.

I hope it all works out. I am a little wary on everybody getting the time off. We are going to have little control over the time we get off. The new album comes first. That is going to cost $2500.

Nope, not the CDs. We get a great discount at the studio we go to. We get $500 a day. They normally charge $1200 a day.

Dude, you are. My band toured in 2005 as a three piece. People said they liked us. It is interesting, I knew we weren't very good back then, but I thought people liked us. Now i know we are good but I don't know how many people like us.
You can listen to our entry(the 'verb) in the 2005 SG101 music comp things. If you are anywhere near that I'd say go for it. Only Mr_Reverb can listen to that MP3, everybody else don't go and listen. Go to myspace.com/theverb instead.

Assuming I didn't already own Squad Car, I'd go with option C - spending all of five seconds searching and finding copies for less than $20.

If you don't mind playing on a mixed genre bill. I can always assist with getting bands on shows we are billed for. Or set up something from scratch in the San Diego area as well.
Message me if interested. We haven't scheduled anything for 2008 yet.
