Got this in an e-mail from Eddie Katcher of The Surge, and thought I would pass it along...
-Fez

The word is YES! The Surge! will be performing at Trader Vic's in the
downtown Atlanta Hilton on Saturday night June 17. At first we had a
scheduling problem but we have solved the dilemma and we WILL be there
for sure.......

As most everyone in Southern Surf circles is aware, Sticks and Erin
Dangar have a new addition to the family and he is taking some needed
time away from music to be at home to help out. This is way cool.
Sitting in that night will be former X-Rays drummer, Rick Lewis. Rick
was with the 'Rays for a number of years and played on about half of
our first CD release, "Senseless Acts of Surf". He also played with us
for the Rip Thrillby Tribute show at the Echo Lounge and he is excited
to break away from his current "Rock" band for a chance to play surf
and instrumental rock again.

The party at Trader Vic's will be a good one. Mike from Kingsized and
Togo Hiti will be there with his ukulele and sometimes off color
Hawaiian songs and we will also be joined by the gals from
Dames-a-flame. There will even be bikini clad GO-GO dancers!

Don't miss it! As a matter of fact, just get yourself a room at the
Hilton and plan on really having a good time. Party starts at 8:00, Get
there early have dinner and get in for free.........

See Ya There!
