Permalink New Hypersonic Secret EP now available: Moonbase Surficalus!

New Topic

Hey all - my new EP is finally out. It took longer than I expected to get it done, but I'm really happy with it. These songs are much more heavily surf-influenced than the songs on my first EP, but I still wouldn't call it a pure surf release from front to back. It's instrumental rock with a big surf shine Smile

Don't forget in addition to this project, I'm also playing in Agent Octopus! We've got a show coming up, Twangstock '25 in New York City, the first weekend of May. It's a great time for all and "Earthrise in Your Eyes" from this EP will be in the set. https://twangstock.wordpress.com/

Anyway, a bunch of y'all bought my first EP so I thought I'd let you know the second one is out now. I couldn't afford to do a run of vinyl this time, so just digital and CDs. https://hypersonicsecret.bandcamp.com.

Project: MAYHEM -and- Moonbase Surficalus by Hypersonic Secret now available!

Nice follow up! Especially like Earthrise, a really trad style surf ballad! A lot of variety in the Songwriting and rhythms.
