Permalink Replacement 6G15 footswitch

New Topic

Hi guys,

I think my footswitch is kaput. Would I be able to use any Fender 1 button footswitch for 6G15? There’s a black one on eBay that says it’s for a FM, Mustang & Blues Junior.

Thank you

I want to hear Caravan with a drum solo.

As long as it has the right type of plug. I believe you would need a 1/4" plug, not an RCA plug. Those Fender 1-button footswitches are pretty simple on/off devices, so most any of them with the right plug should work.

Gracias!

The reverb circuit on the vintage Fender amps with reverb and probably the stand alone reverb units used a shielded line to the reverb switch. The tremolo side of the two switch pedal used a non-shielded line using the reverb's shield for its ground.

Verbs,

Traditional........speak softly and play through a big blonde amp. Did I mention that I still like big blonde amps?
