Agent Claret, I now see some new items on the website.

SurfyMan is intriguing

Oh yeah, I'm very interested in SurfyMan! I gotta hear it though; hopefully Lorenzo will do a side by side comparison with the real thing!

Surfyman

Fender Stratocaster American Pro II
Fender '65 Deluxe Reverb Reissue

The Surfyman reminds me of the Tech21 Blonde and Screaming Blonde character pedals. Nice to have another option that also includes the tremolo effects.

Looks like a useful MashUp+ of the Blossom Point & Tremolo. The sequence of knobs L to R does seem a bit odd. Kind of surprised it isn’t more aligned to the sequence on the Amp it is inspired by/mimicking…

El Mirage @ ReverbNation

I’m very excited about the SurfyMan and was hoping/expecting them to do something like this eventually. I love my Blossom Point but have wondered if it could be taken a bit further into full on showman preamp circuit and here we are. Adding the tremolo circuit is a smart move as well. Surfer Joe has a clip of him playing the Surfyman with the SurfyBear Compact Deluxe on YouTube. Sounds unsurprisingly great.

Tim

The Surfy Man looks like one heck of a product.

The artist formerly known as: Synchro

When Surf Guitar is outlawed only outlaws will play Surf Guitar.

Thanks for finally making a reverb that is pedalboard power supply friendly! Well done Smile

I wonder how the Surfyman would work with a Fender FR-12? Maybe not being you might need some kind of cab simulation.
Cool products? Mostly running off normal 9 volts, I always hated that my Surfybear wouldn't.

It works great with the Fender FR-12 or any amp with a flat response option. You can really hear the Showman sound with those amps. There is no cab sim involved with the SurfyMan there is flat or when the Vintage EQ button is engaged it simulates the increased impedance of having a speaker, but does not simulate any speaker type or model. See attached illustration from the manual.

Thank you for explaining this, spskins! I’ve been wondering how this would work for a week but didn’t want to bug you guys about it. I’m about to order a surfyman sometime in the next few days.
