I got inspired by HBKahuna to learn how to put together those nifty slideshows- the Mac makes it pretty easy.
Here's my first attempt, a beginning to end photo retrospective of the Surf Coasters 2005 tour:

For reasons unknown to me, my nifty dissolves between the pics dissappeared when I uploaded it to youtube. Anybody have a similar problem, or know how to fix it?

Not sure why the dissolves would disappear. Are you sure they are in the video you actually uploaded? (Sorry I had to ask...  )

Great job and great idea! Thanks for sharing that, Ferenc. I was only able to catch one of the shows, but man......IT WAS GREAT!

Very nice. I'm loving the creative vibe.
I've had transitions disappears using Movie Maker on my PC. But only before I saved the project, never after I uploaded it. I did experience the text in a title moving and splitting words in half after I uploaded it. I went back & checked the project. It was fine. Not being a computer geek, I'm not sure how to explain it beyond You Tube gremlins.
Man those guys are good. Sad to say I was to busy working at the time (a problem I no longer have) & missed a lot of great shows.
Keep those videos coming.

Great Job Ferenc,
I forgot how many shows they played the 2nd time they toured here,
and your kids school, that must have been a hoot.
It reminded me of the crazy pouring rain, and the huge turn out
at the whistle stop show.
Like to see one of Pollo over the years please.
