The MXR DC Brick served me well for many years and fits nicely under the Nano with a couple of zip ties.*
[*] I also got a dozen of those little round rubber feet off Amazon and Gorilla Glued a couple to the front feet of the Nano to get some distance off the floor. The slant also made the pedals easier to tap. It was a win/win all around.

No question... Cioks are the best for smaller pedalboards. They are isolated and super flexible. The Cioks 4 is the one I use for my small Pedaltrain. The 4 is tiny (about 1x3x4” - yes, they fit under a nano). Best of all, you can set each outlet to 9/12/15/or 18v, so it can power anything.
