Hey folks,
Just wanted to give all you great SG101ers the latest on what is up in Lava Land.

We are playing Wednesday night, the 12th, at The Knockout in SF's Mission district with The All-Nighters, who will be down on their tour from Bellingham, WA. For those of you who don't know them, they are a KILLER instro band whose CDs are available on Double Crown. We played with them in Bellingham when we were up north, and they absolutely blew us away. So if you're local, come out and check 'em out. Show starts at 10:00, and I think it's five bucks.

Also, this Sunday is the much-anticipated show at the Hotel Utah with Pollo Del Mar and Daikaiju. I really shouldn't have to say much more than that. If you miss this one, you really screwed up. Doors are at 2:00, and cover is $8.

These will be among the last chances to catch us before we go on a "Fall hiatus" and retreat to the Rat Cave to re-emerge with a handful of new covers and hopefully some new tunes. So if you want to see us in 2007, these shows might be among your last chances.

See you at the shows!
~B~

Bill,
Wish I could make the trek up there for both shows. We played with both Daikaiju and The All Nighters in S.D. and you're right, the All Nighters were just stunningly good. Plus they're really cool guys. We got a chance to hang out with them quite a bit. Of course Daikaiju was mind-bending as well. All really cool people.

You guys will rock at both shows I'm sure. Rock

Ryan
