Offered is a TC Electronic Hall of Fame II reverb pedal. This pedal offers a number of reverb options, such as: Room, Hall, Plate, Spring, Church, Shimmer, Mod, LoFi and three Toneprints which can easily be added via a Smartphone or Tablet. The selection of Toneprints is almost endless, including a strong Spring Reverb emulation that Robben Ford came up with, which seeks to give a good spring reverb while avoiding any metallic harshness.
This is a perfect choice for someone that wants to try a variety of reverb types, literally with the twist of a knob. Some Plate emulations, for example, sound great for Surf. The LoFi might come in handy if you are going after the sound of an early Surf band with limited equipment budgets.
These pedals are switchable between buffered bypass and non-buffered bypass, and the specifications of the buffer are excellent, with 1 megohm input impedance and 100 ohm output impedance.
