Realeasing, promoting and shipping a book costs quite a lot and as a freelance writer and musician you pay first and earn later, after you covered all the expenses you paid for before you even ddo your first book sale. shake_n_stomp Joined: Jan 09, 2014 Posts: 615 Vancouver BC	Posted on Jun 10 2024 04:58 AM Unfortunately, the Startnext ordering page does not permit a postal code for shipping to Canada/ordering from Canada with credit card. I keep getting error message "Your zip code is incomplete." First of all, Canada uses an alpha-numeric Postal Code, not a Zip Code. I have tried putting a space and no space , such as A1A1A1 and A1A 1A1 (key: 'A'=alphabetical letter and '1'=number, example of format V2P3T8 or V2P 3T8).
