Permalink Nebulas - Euphorion review

After streaming on Tidal, I bought the LP. The whole album rips, but if I had to pick a couple favorite tracks, I’d go with “Convective Activity” and “Friccion”, which has a Dick Dale vibe (is this a cover?) The descending section in “Convective Activity” stands out and really makes it memorable.

Overall, the album has great production and mixing. You can tell they put a lot of effort into songwriting and recording. Most importantly, the reverb really stands out. Perfect drip. Check out “The Gods of the North” for reference. My album purchasing is limited currently, but this one is a must-own. Streaming is one thing, but hearing this on my home system is a whole other level.
