Lava tortoise pickguards (UK)

This beautiful pickguard arrived from the UK today. Made by Lava Pickguards The gentleman behind Lava is currently setting up a new shop but I thought I would enquire if he had one available. And he did. Paul was a pleasure to deal with. This guard is going on my next project. I think it will match well with a see through blond finish (that has yellowed a bit).

Very nice! I work on custom guitars and we have been using lava guards for a little while now. They are really well made and look extremely faithful to the vintage tort guards. |
