I've decided that this guitar will rarely get played near as much as my Hallmark so I'm letting go. First of all, this is not the 64XT, this is the original '64 model. It features a lipstick humbucker in the bridge, a P-90 style at the neck, a genuine Bigsby tremelo and this color is called Dark Aqua.
This guitar is a Surf Guitar beast but sounds great in any application. It is currently strung with flatwounds on the bass side and .13-.20 on the treble side for that super thick '60's So-Cal Surf tone.
I've used this guitar for everything from Surf to Glam Rock and it is always a knockout both sonically and visually.
The guitar has zero blemishes and is in the same condition when I received it new about 7 years ago.
There is no case but I do have the original box it was shipped in so I should be able to ship it safely.
I'm asking $550 plus shipping from Central Texas.
