Permalink Bridge claw / 13’s issue

New Topic

I installed 13-56 on my Comanche and the trem bridge is all outta wack…

I turned it around and noticed there isn’t much room for adjustment…

Does that mean this guitar can’t handle 13’s with a working tremolo?

It means, you'll need to add springs, or try to find springs with more tension.

You'd need a new claw, but at least the block has space for two more springs.

Can't you tighten the screws holding the claw? After loosening the strings, of course.
