I mean, I didn't need another reverb unit. I have a SurfyBear that is great, and I sold my Fender reissue tank because it never really impressed me. But in the pursuit of science, I decided to try the all-tube reverb from https://www.austinmics.com/. I have to say their sponsorship of the SG101 convention was effective because that is how I found out about this unit.

I went with a custom unit to match my Winfield Tremor amp, as well as a custom logo on the unit. Working with Rick was great, he was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and patiently. He send me progress pics of the unit being built, etc.

The unit sounds great! I am looking forward to trying it with some vintage pans, but the Accutronics it came with, as well as a SurfyPan and a vintage Accutronics I tried all sound good. The unit is compact, as is the included reverb tank. If I decide I vastly prefer other pans, I will likely build a little enclosure set up with extension cables for easy switching.
