I'm checking out this guitar for sale locally and wondering if anyone knows anything about them. Curious if a bigsby replacement trem arm would work, and also what is the hope in finding a replacement bridge if needed? I don't see much about these, but looks like it is a Japanese Vox replacement, I saw one on Reverb that called it a "lawsuit" guitar. The body is certainly a lot like a Vox Phantom but the tremolo is a bit different.

I'm no luthier looking for a deep restoration project but looks like it might be a fun little thing to have around given the pretty low price.

Looks like I messed up adding the image:

I've played one of these before, surprisingly good upper fret access! Sounds nice and twangy. I think the arm specific to this model was vaguely ovaloid in shape, but I don't see a reason any bolt-on style arm wouldn't work.

Earth. Atomizer. Let's go.

The Tridents

If it's a good price and has no major issues, I'd say go for it! Pickups of that type were often used by Fujigen in the 60s, though mainly people say Hy Lo guitars were made by Hoshino (of course, back then, Japanese companies would often do work for each other, so there's overlap).

Anyway, it looks like a nice roller bridge - I wouldn't replace it, though maybe you'd want to lubricate it so the saddles would roll properly.

You would probably be able to use a replacement tremolo arm from ebay - EZPZ sells a version for guitars by Teisco, etc.
