I rate that tune, its pretty cool. They're playing my town in a month or so I may go and check them out, broaden my horizons a bit.

That first CD is one of my favorites and stays in my car at all times. I have never laid hand on a copy of that second album and everybody I know that's heard it has said pretty much the same thing. If anybody has a copy of it I'd much appreciate a rip of it. Having lived in Athens, GA for a long time I got exposed to a lot of "math rock" and tried to "get it." It was all noise to me. There was a decent-sized and devoted clique of musicians that did that sort of thing. I don't know if it's growing or not. —The Mystery Men? |
