Hey everyone, I'm Jeff Morris, guitarist of Cadillac Hitmen who were active from '96-'04 and released three records. I've been active in other styles in the time since, but recently released my first solo instrumental album called "Quality of Light".

If you like the Hitmen, or more "Lynchy" sounding stuff, check it out and comment back.

Hi Jeff! This is tremendous news! The Cadillac Hitmen were one of my favorite bands when you were active. The new stuff sounds great! Is this a one-off project, or are you planning to actively gig? I hope that there is a lot more coming down the pike. Cheers,

Bob

Hi Jeff! Nice stuff, I like it!

Actually “The Assassin” album was one of the first modern surf albums I ever heard and it surely influenced my decision to make surf band. I think we have even covered Fistful of Amphetamines in 2003)

Glad to see you here and hear some new stuff. Is there any chance to see hear Cadillac Hitmen again?

Hey man, great to see you on here! I've always written instro music, never stopped. It's just that I finally got the shot in the ass needed to get a drummer to record. I played the guitars, bass, and keys except for 3 songs where my friend and former bandmate Mike played bass.
I have plans to continue recording now, no time frame yet. No gigs planned.

Thanks for listening, glad you like the stuff and really appreciate your words on the Hitmen. Unfortunately no, we won't be doing anything. Our drummer, Steve passed away in 2016 and we won't work without him.

So sorry to hear of Steve's passing, Jeff. That's a real crusher! Steve was amazing. I totally get that you won't restart the Hitmen, without him. So glad to hear that you'll be continuing to make new instrumental music.
