Does the trem on a 12 string mosrite or Eastwood actually work?

If so is the trem even usable? What about the Eastwood DLX 12 with trem? It seems like the tremolo would knock these out if tune - yet they exist. Anyone? Top

Doesn't seem to go out of tune much, but I'm blessed with non-perfect pitch so I may be missing something... Top

MelWaldorf Joined: Mar 03, 2006 Posts: 648	Posted on May 31 2023 12:57 PM Danny, I've had that guitar maybe 5 years? I traded with a friend for one of my Mosrite clones. Besides attempting to play 8 miles high, I wasn't using it much until I installed a wider spaced nut and the Accent vibrato. I also added a switch to toggle between modern and vintage wiring (nothing fancy, the vintage wiring had a cap on the bridge pickup that isn't in the new guitars) Not sure if I'm the first nut job to do this conversion, but I haven't seen any others. Chiba - go for it! I got my Accent from Winfield, they make a variant that uses the original tailpiece screw placement so no new holes and completely reversible. Though I don't see myself removing this bad boy. Top
