Hello, The Driptones have released a new single called "Urgent." I wanted to thank the members of SG101 for giving me the idea for the name.
You guys always talk about how when a brownface showman is pushed, it gives out a certain "urgent" tone. Well, I cranked my 6G14 amp (along with my Brownfacer pedal), and a new song was born.
It will be on Youtube, Spotify, and other various platforms soon. For now, you can go to Driptones.com and give it a listen under the "Music" tab. We hope you enjoy it!

Cool stuff! I would make a drums a little more diverse and bass more prominent but that’s just me) Generally very cool!

That’s why I started mixing by myself) No matter what I told it sounded as this guy likes and not as I like. But I know people who are really happy with their producers, hope this is you case.

Samurai, I normally mix and master myself as well. However, my drummer wanted to give it a go this time. He increased the bass a tad, and made some other minor tweaks. Overall, I think he did a really good job on the track. I appreciate the (polite) constructive criticism, and will always consider what people have to say. Take care my friend!

I generally like the track, good job, but when guitar dynamics do change in various parts, drums keep the same beat that sounds a little strange for me. If that was the idea, to make the beat strictly sampled and let the guitar lead dynamics - then ok!

Appreciate the feedback... I specifically wanted the drums to sound the way they do, for better or for worse.
