Permalink 1972 "Seaside Story" (cover) LIVE! All the way from Asia in Gerry McGee style

No, I guess one doesn't see very many kids gigging in a live music house often;

No, no one reported child labour. hahaha! Hey, they are young musicians!

Here comes one of our favorite songs during the gig: Seaside story (cover). Of course we were doing the Ventures instrumental live version (with Gerry Mcgee playing the lead) in 1990 in Chiba Japan. The song originally was performed by the very famous and beloved Japanese national band called Southern All Stars, with Keisuke Kuwata, the lead vocalist and guitarist composing the song and writing the lyrics. It is quite amazing that the Ventures played their songs when they toured around Japan. And finally, we played it on stage for the first time.

Hope you like it. We sure had lots of fun playing on stage.

Cheers!

Ray
