So it sucks? I get it. (Though this tune is actually now becoming popular in France in jazz circles even before its release.)
My point is... we have to strive to continually do something different in surf. I acknowledge this is clearly not surf.
Love you all.

It’s well done, but I don’t think you will find much of an audience here for it.
A. It’s Vocal
B. It’s French
C. Not that many people are on SG101 anymore. Sadly

Bill, I think it's really nice. I enjoy everything you put out and I dig the change of pace.
This song conjures up old memories of driving my 250 Lusso down from Monaco at the end of the week to rendezvous with an old lover in Saint-Tropez at her villa on Pointe de la Rabiou back in 1964. She would always wake early to watch the sun rise out of the sea but I preferred the sunsets over the hills, casting their long shadows out over the gulf while the lanterns of all the boats would pop up like fireflies. Sometimes we would be treated to the sound of outdoor performances at the citadel, which would carry across the water to us as if they were in our own back yard. For a few measured moments, it felt as if the bliss of that summer of '64 would be neverending.
I carried these memories until the moment I was born in 1975 and it's only now, upon hearing your music, that I've recalled them.
