Have been looking for this set for more than three years. Print run was very low and those that have one tend to keep it, so hard to locate.

After the first 2 good albums, how many instros are on all the others?
to me, it looked like tons of vocals. Plus I have the Japanese best of,Instros only. And the German rarities cd with some instros not on the best of.So I dunno if I would ever get this box set.

Yep, lots of vocals, but I kinda like them in the same way that I like the Trashmen's vocals. Just great, fun rock n' roll, but if you're solely into their instros, I think you're pretty well covered already with the CDs you have.

Aloha Screwdriver - Lunar Wobble CD
Continental Magazine - Issue #39 With Compilation CD

I've had that collection for years. As a matter of fact, I've had a lot of those albums on vinyl since the '60's. Sometimes, being an old dude is a good thing.

My high school and college rock bands learned a lot of our covers off those Astronauts' albums. I often listen to those tracks while on the road heading somewhere.

For me, seeing them live in person twice was a high water mark.

Traditional........speak softly and play through a big blonde amp. Did I mention that I still like big blonde amps?

Kind of a misnomer saying that it's the complete collection. They had plenty of non-album tracks too, including instrumentals. I picked this up recently.

What songs are on your Japanese instrumentals cd that are not on this box set? What about the German rarities?
