March Birthdays 
Just found out over on OffSetGuitars that Pyramid will make a custom set of flatwound Bass VI strings! I have the big La Bella flat wounds but still wish that I could get some bigger/tighter tensioned strings. They do take requests but they were unable to answer my question: looking for biggest and safest string gauges that will be a drop in replacement. I don't want too much tension to damage the neck, and would like them to fit into the string slot. I can alter the nut if needed.
Does anyone have any experience or ideas for a set to request?
