Selling a Fender La Cabronita body - Loved this guitar so much I'm going to build up a custom Cab for myself, so this one's on the block to fund the new build.
Body is an MIM Cabronita in semi-transparent blonde. Very cool finish, nice and resonant, looks great with the black pickguard. I rewired this with a quality CTS pot and a better output jack so there's nothing to get in the way of the tone! Cosmetic condition is good, but it does have its share of dings and scuffs.
Parts include a TV Jones Classic in the neck, a TV Jones PowerTron in the bridge, a Hipshot bridge. I love this combo of FilterTron pickups - The Classic gives excellent clarity and presence, and the PowerTron is nice and punchy while still retaining definition. Very versatile and sounds great for anything from jazz and surfy tones to blues and rock. The Hipshot is also an excellent choice - Nicely made with decent heft and excellent adjustability across all six strings.
