Need Help Identifying an Effect on a Tune

But since I'm a novice with effects, I would like another set of ears so I can try to match the effect when I play it. I hear some very subtle tremolo or vibrato or some other modulation effect going on. Sometimes that laid back Surf is forgotten. It wasn’t all Dick Dale with his reverb at 11 and his very bushy hair on fire.
