Permalink Double Picked Double Stops Song Examples

New Topic

I've been practicing my scale intervals harmonically lately and I always thought it was a cool, intense effect to double pick more than one string. I'm trying to find as many examples in songs I can; please, let me know your favorite!

Not a surf song, but I'd love to do a surf arrangement:

Taco Wagon!

Neptune Trojans

Squad Car (second half of the verses)

The third verse of Honky Tonk would be a good example.

The artist formerly known as: Synchro

When Surf Guitar is outlawed only outlaws will play Surf Guitar.

The bridge in Rik a Tik by The Lively ones.

The original version of Mexico by Dick Dale.
