January Birthdays 
Hi all. I'm so sorry to be the person whose first post is self-promotion, but I promise I've been a long time lurker, and it was this digging through this forum that eventually led me to buy a Deluxe Reverb for amping my guitar and combo organ.
I stand before you today to tell you of a new band and a new record by said band. We are SYNERGY CORP from Philadelphia. Our first record is out on Spotify and Bandcamp and might just be something you like if you like THE B-52s, DEVO, or THE SPECIALS. It's not on-the-nose surf rock, but I like to think our guitarist borrows a lot from the surf rock tradition. I guess you'll have to tell me.
Check it out if any of this sounds interesting to you and please, tell a friend if you think they also might be into it. This sort of thing doesn't have mass appeal so I'm banking on word of mouth to get this to the right people.
