I highly recommend the Cadillac Hitmen, a great New England band, sadly, no longer active.. I think that their most recent album, "Two IN the Hat", is their best. "Try-State Killing Spree", and "The Assassin" are also outstanding. Here's a samples from each of their albums.

There is a 4th in that series, but I don’t remember the name.
Maybe Jonpaul can chime in on that.

Some of my favorites, roughly in order of sounding like Morricone to sounding like a surf group (and skipping ones already mentioned)
The Moe Greene Specials - s/t
Mondo Sangue - No Place for a Man
The Surfaders - A Greater Silence
Spindrift - The Legend of God's Gun
Rifamos - Fadista
The Five Outsiders - On the Run
Twin Tones - Capello di Mariachi
Said the Ripper - The Hanging at Barbed Wire
Pounded By the Surf - No Waves
The Sonoras - El Baile del Silencio
Amphibian Man - Desert Songs
Los Tiros - Tu Pesadilla Regresó, Bienvenido Al Infierno
And I feel like if you like Spaghetti Western music and surf music, you should also like Friends of Dean Martinez even though it's neither.

I am glad you asked! We (De Gringos Y Gremmies) just released our first album! First half is more surf-like, the second half more spaghetti-western flavored. You can check us out at https://www.degringosygremmies.com/ and you can hear samples at https://degringosygremmies.bandcamp.com/ (but if you like what you hear and want a CD, buying directly from us at our website is best for us). Thanks for posting this, I have some new bands to check out!

I can’t believe I didn’t mention this one. “El Verdugo de Red Rock 1969” from Hattori Hanzo Surf Experience. It is definitely one of the best IMhO.

It's only one song, but my band did a spaghetti western thing called "Pistolero" for the opening track of our new album "Instrumentals 2". You can hear it here:
