Always love the premise of Shoot the Pier (father/daughter project), and the music you've created over the years. Look forward to a break in the action on the jay-oh-bee to give this a listen.

It's fun to hear how y'alls sound and style has evolved. Still some of those original great reverb surfy guitar tones, a nice expansion of sounds and textures with the additional instruments, some evolution in the style with a bit of a psychedelic thing going on here, but always that distinct undercurrent of mood and chill vibes.

Nice work, Bill & Ellie!

Thanks much Fady! We had much fun writing and playing these tunes. You were with us from the beginning, and we greatly appreciate. Yeah, we cant seem to escape the moody stuff... wonder why ha-ha.

One side note... remember back in the day when you would come home from a beach party with a beer buzz (well, I did anyway ha-ha), and you'd just want to listen to something that lasted awhile. You'd put on the vinyl of Tarkus, or King Crimson, or Journey to the Center of the Earth, and lay back with headphones on for 20 minutes? That was the thought about the 8 minute title track on this record. We wanted to write a headphones-late-night-listen-tune. We took a couple themes, and then tried to create an abstract painting with no constraints, with almost all parts in one take to keep it raw. Anyway... it was a blast. Thanks!

Beautiful tight sounding production!
While the music is a little to lava lamp for me, I totally applaud your high quality playing.
Masterful delivery and high quality sound.
Very professional!!
