Hi everyone! I contacted Carl of Carl's custom amps and asked if he had made a 6G14-A Clone because everyone is after it. And he did! Take a look...

That’s who’s making the 6G14 for me! How’s it sound?

I'm sure it sounds great! I just asked him and he says he's sad to see it leave him! It must be good!

This is so weird, he JUST finished it today. I PPed the balance and it’s on its way as of a few hours ago...

I'm sure it's a killer-sounding amp, but the first thing I would do is remove that badge plate.

What's the point of putting one on the face of the amp if it can't be read from far away? It looks like a blob.

I have no idea what it looks like, but I may agree once I see it!

It arrived yesterday! I might agree about that badge but it looks amazing! I looked at the guts and was very impressed. I got home too late to play it though, that’ll have to wait until tomorrow. He put in a 4-8-16 ohm switch and a 1/4” variable line out. Not sure why that’s 1/4” since I’d have vastly preferred balanced XLR, or even unbalanced XLR. Maybe I’ll use it for something. I guess we didn’t discuss the connector.
