SOLD
For Sale - 1x15" combo cabinet for brown Showman
Custom Larry Rodgers combo cabinet for a brown Showman Amp. I ordered the cabinet in 1999, used it for a couple of years and then put my Showman back in the original piggyback format. Tolex and grill cloth are in very nice condition - no tears, a few light scuffs. Drilled for tilt back legs and dog bone handle, but no hardware supplied besides what's in the photo.
Chassis width 24 1/4", I believe that works for the Vibrosonic as well?
SOLD!! $150 + shipping. I'm in the San Francisco area so could meet for local pickup, also could deliver it to SG101.

Looks very nice Mel. Are tho last photos showing a glued box joint? Do you have an idea what estimated ship price is in USA ohio? Pounds?
Second question ( you can PM me if you want) : I found an envelope with three small components that I received from you purportedly for the switch pedal I purchased at last years SG101. I knew at the time I received them what I was supposed to do with them and what purpose they served but somehow I got too busy to deal with it right away. Please refresh me. Or point me in correct direction. Thanks.

Don, I'll PM details, but for the eternal record of the internet, I'll share some info here.
The cabinet has proper finger/box joints. Larry Rodgers was an incredible craftsman, and his work was super clean. I included the two last photos just to show Larry's brand and date stamps.
Cabinet weighs just under 20 lbs.
The added bits that I included with the Drip Switch are for use with a combo amp, i.e. Deluxe/Super/Twin Reverb.

Larry Rogers was indeed a great guy and a master craftsman. Additionally He was a first class amp restoration and repair specialists, not to mention that he was one of the most accommodating and friendly guys around. A lot of the cab covering material, hardware and grill cloth that I used to restore and build all the gear for The X-Rays and The Surge! I ordered from Larry. Such a loss.
