Great photos, Arny! Thank you for sharing. Wish I was there.
And I, too, am having problems with the sound on the live feed. Bummed.

Who cares about the sound? I just saw Jonpaul and Marie getting married! I really regret not getting to Livorno now! Congratulations to the happy couple! —Los Apollos - cinematic surf music trio (Berlin) Last edited: Jun 22, 2019 16:29:25 |

SOOOO happy for JonPaul & Marie! Y'all were meant for each other - some of the kindest, most welcoming folks I've had the good fortune to meet in real life from this fine community. Congratulations!

What a blast. Les Agamemmnonz might have been my highlight of SG101 and it was garbage compared to tonight, might have been my favorite surf show ever. Incredibly solid lineup for FOUR DAYS of music. I'm mush. Got to meet a bunch of people, meant to meet a lot more. If you're somebody that thinks about going to these (Surfer Joe or any surf festival) but never does (me for a long time), once you go you'll wonder why you dragged your feet. I have no idea why. Also if you do, shove your hand in front of people and say "Hi, I'm Person" and you'll make a friend. It's amazing how easy it is. Again, coming from somebody that's not normally one to do that. —Storm Surge of Reverb: Surf & Instro Radio Last edited: Jun 23, 2019 19:47:11 |

Though I was not there this year, thank you to Lorenzo, Lucca, Francesco, and all involved in keeping this wonderful festival going. I can’t imagine all the work that goes into this, but it is appreciated. I was happy to be able to see the pics ( Arny, your pictures are phenomenal), and videos. Keep them coming! Doubt I'll ever make it to the Surfer Joe festival, however I will watch the videos relentlessly. Feel free to throw things but I love that the bands are dressing punk style and adding a rough edge to their look. I mean Hawaiian shirts are great, but..... |

Hunter is right - get out and go. I continued to meet people when we recognized one another in the Pisa airport today. Why do surf music people just get each other? So much love at these events. Amazing music, so many great moments. Exhausted and happy. In England tonight - Leaving for California tomorrow. Coz ElMonstroPorFavor wrote:
