Will be in Los Angeles Easter weekend plus a few days before and after. Wondering if there are any shows in town not posted that weekend. Also looking for any cool retro things to check out to the whole vibe. Been already to the pier and museum in Huntington Beach. Like off the beaten path and craft beer, although would check out a tiki bar or two if it was vintage old Los Angeles. Thanks in advance. Would consider driving a few hours out if it was a band or thing I really wanted to see.

Check out the vintage shops on 4th street in long beach. Then eat lunch or dinner at the Pike bar.

Unfortunately not. I can't make the Saturday show either because weeks back I bought tickets for a beer fest in Santa Barbara. I will check out the shops on 4th, as I'm currently at Beechwood Brewing right now... stellar stuff. No loss, I've probably seen Los Straightjackets 12-15 times since I first seen them open for Link Wray in Minneapolis in 1997. The dude drunkenly holding out his hand at Link in the liner notes for Eddie Angel's tribute album is actually me. I will be able to see a local band called Young Bull out of Lawrence, Kansas that sounds in the vein of Clutch or the Melvins, so I am pretty excited about that. Anyway, if anyone want

I know. I feel whatever cred I have is slipping and I'm starting to reconsider. Is there an opening band?
