Listened to NSSR yesterday and heard The Exports “Seatbelts Please” track. I really dug it so I looked the band up since they had a pretty cool sound and I couldn’t tell if it was newer or older. Ends up they recorded in the same studios as James Brown in Chicago! Found this gem of a write-up here:
