You know what it is. This one is running a MOD pan and an aftermarket enclosure that I stained black and then urethane'd, and then put the world's greatest security measure on the front of. With that Crate tag, nobody is going to bother trying to walk away with this. It does have a couple marks in the corners and on the side, as you'd expect from a unit that's done a few shows here and there. This deserves to stay in the family, for sure.

I dig your creative thinking, but honestly, that big shiny "CRATE" logo likely carries more name recognition than a non-descript Gomez unit. Thieves aren't generally known for good decision making skills (or taste in gear). They typically look for an opportunity to grab and go, with hopes that whatever they end up with has value on the black market or unscrupulous pawn shop.
Best of luck with the sale!

To my best knowledge, crate has always been known to be extra crappy. The discerning gear thief (which most are, after vintage and higher end stuff I *assume) should pass this right on by.

Sure you won't regret selling this ? I'd buy it if I didn't already have one.

I probably will, but I’d rather see it get used in its rightful genre.
I’m currently onto playing old guy punk rock again, and this isn’t part of my rig.
I’m even using (gasp) a Marshall!

I didn't use mine for quite a few years while I was playing old man punk rock. Just realize that if you sell it, you may not be able to get one for a reasonable price as they are very scarce. I'm so glad I kept mine. I sold all of my vintage Fender units, but have held on to my Gomez and Texotica clones. They've always sounded better to my ears, probably the way the original Fender units sounded when they were new. Dario got it spot on.

I thought for sure this would go quick.
$600 shipped.
That’s the cold, hard bottom. If that doesn’t work, I’ll just put it away for a rainy day.

This is seeing regular use in my icing room, but I for sure don’t “need” it.

I’m really interested in having this stat in the sg101 community.
I also hate seeing this sit.
Someone in the conus hit me up.
