Let me ”instroduce” to you a new group from Finland The Øffsets!!
Our passion is the twang guitar, old horror and western movies. Every our tunes has a story behind. Looking forward to get our first album out some day and share the stories snd the joy of surf!!

The music is great, but the false TV interference effect is a turn off. I can understand for a second or two at the beginning of a song, but all the way through is going to drive people away.

I agree, but I think that the effect they are recreating is that of a VHS tape played on a VCR with improperly aligned ("offset") heads.

. . . and it's a cool effect, at the beginning or end of the video, but IMHO it is fatiguing to watch on an extended basis.

They would be fun to see! I like how the guitar player (who is very good with a solid tone) just plows on after making a mistake. That's how it should be.
