Hello all. This was a well-played Showman amp and I just don't use it anymore. I sold my other Showman to the SSIV and planned on keeping this one, but alas, it's just collecting dust and I would love to see someone buy it and play it. Amp head that was recovered in god-knows-what and then recovered to blonde/gold. Death cap removed and 3-prong plug added. Sounds great. Has the 4 Ohm OT but I don't have a 2/15 cab. Was recovered in rough blond tolex. $900 or best offer.

Did some research. Chassis number is A01230, which makes this a 1963, not 64.

On eBay and Reverb, added pictures of the guts and have changed my mind about the year. It's definitely 1964 from the shots from the inside. I don't know why the chassis number reflects 1963, but there are all kinds of differences with Fender and their serial numbers. Codes on the inside say it all.
