Not really. But that would be good title. Where’s OmOm Records when you need them?

Go on Ferenc you know you're itching to surf it up!
I'm not a fan of Elvis but I have to concede he chose some great songs. I heard My Desert Serenade a few years ago and thought it could possibly be converted to surf instrumental but when I dug in I found Kenny Karen's version. It isn't surf as such but very cool guitar work throughout.

Played for two years in a good Elvis tribute, we did over 100 tunes and it would be a stretch to "surf" any of them. But that doesn't mean you can't try!

We did a Venture-ized version of "Are You Lonesome Tonight" a long time ago on our second album.

I can't find it on YouTube, but I have a version of Kissin Cousins by Takeshi Terauchi that is pretty cool. Seems to me the best surf fodder for Elvis would be the movie soundtracks from the early mid 60s. The tunes for these were recorded by LA studio cats (Wrecking Crew etc) who were also recording surf influenced stuff at the same time. The drums and bass are already there, just the guitars are dry. Spin out, Bossa Nova Baby, Viva Las Vegas, could work, but if you go deep into some of the 60s soundtracks, there are more that could work.

We also did a couple more Elvis songs because we played at Night of 100 Elvises in Baltimore one year.
We did Rock-a-Hula Baby and Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, but they didn't work out very well.

Took me 30 seconds too many to get the "Return to Fender" reference.
